Carn – team management

Dear fellow adventurers
According to recent decisions, the members of this party will reorganize.
Fitz is guiding the free slaves to the 7 pillars hall, and Beulah may join him soon.
Of course they will be able to rejoin the party anytime when they will be available.
This leads me to the strategic question, as we saw during the “Table Shield Bridge” episode, without a Paladin and an angry Ranger, we will be missing some defensive and attacking potential.
This is why I took the liberty to nail in the underground tunnels some paper sheets :
 “Adventurer Wanted
Experience level in profession, 5 or more.
Able to handle up to 3 encounters per day before resting.
Strong teamwork skills, good resilience to death, high damage capacity.
Extra skills appreciated, no gender, class, religions or ethnicity requirements.
Fee : percentage of treasures and quest rewards, pro rata of the number of party members and sessions.
Health Coverage : depending of number of daily healing surges. Remaining survival team members take care of any burial ceremony.
Adventurer kit not provided, please bring your own work tools for the first workday.

Carn – Halfmoon Inn speech

” Fellow people, you have been taken by Slavers. They kept you prisoners against your will, and sold you to dark Demonists. The terrible goal of those men was to invoke the deepest creatures from the outer planes, and in his quest, they were ready to sacrifice others lives.
When no hope was expected, a group of champions came to the darkness of the underground following the tracks of the Slavers. They took down the Guards and Sorcerers and freed most of you. Some of you like Splug, the Doctor and Bard joined the group and fight for revenge and their beliefs.
At the end we failed to save a singe life. Ellen disappeared during the ritual, while Luke survived but his mind was terribly damaged”

He took a cup, and hold it  “For all the victims of the Slavers, you will not be forgotten” and poured half of it on the ground, then toasted.
